Authorizations
NEXA TLC COMMUNICATION S.R.L. provides electronic communications services under the general authorization regime:
- Romania: standard certificate (certificat-tip) of provider of publicly available electronic communications services, issued by the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM) under art. 10(3) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 111/2011, for the following services, effective from 1 March 2026:
- number-based interpersonal communications services at fixed locations (including nomadic/location-independent services);
- transit of traffic between telephone networks.
- Italy: general authorization under art. 11 of Legislative Decree 259/2003 (Electronic Communications Code), acknowledged by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT) with letters ref. U.0010059 and U.0010058 of 20 February 2026:
- declaration no. 2026:0125: installation and provision of a public electronic communications network;
- declaration no. 2026:0127: publicly available telephone service.
Telephone numbers in other countries are provided through carrier partners that hold the authorizations required in those countries.
